The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity For The Needs Of The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons (Pfron), Location Warsaw, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Agreement Or Subject Of The Order. 2. The Projected Volume Of Electricity (In Mwh) And The Number Of Energy Consumption Points (Ppe) Are Specified In The Detailed List Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. This List Contains A List Of Ppes Along With The Projected Electricity Consumption Assigned To Them During The Contract Implementation Period. The Energy Consumption Points Covered By The Order Are Located In The Area Of ​​Operation Of Stoen Operator Sp. Z O. O. The Given Electricity Volume Is An Estimate And Is Used Only To Compare Offers. It Does Not Constitute An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Purchase Energy In The Indicated Quantity. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Purchase The Forecast Amount Of Energy. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Total Volume Of Electricity In Relation To The Amount Specified In Annex 1 To The Swz, Depending On The Actual Demand For Electricity. Detailed Rules In This Respect Have Been Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Public Procurement Agreement Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Method Of Its Implementation Is Included In The List Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The List) And In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Public Procurement Agreement (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).
