The Customer Chooses One Contract Partner, With Whom An Alliance-Type Contract Is Concluded. When The Contract Partner Starts, There Are 40 Properties, And One Year After The Start, The Number Of Properties Will Be Increased So That The Total Number Is 71 Properties. A 6-Year Alliance-Type Contract Is Concluded With The Selected Contract Partner. The Draft Contract Is In Appendix 6 Of The Procurement Notice.
