Real Estate Services – Espoon Asunnot Oy / Kiinteistönhuoltopalvelut Open Book Alliance. The Object Of The Acquisition Is Property Maintenance For Properties According To Appendix 3 Owned By Espoo Asunnot Oy. The Procurement Is Tendered Through A Negotiation Procedure. The Customer Chooses One Contract Partner, With Whom An Alliance-Type Contract Is Concluded. When The Contract Partner Starts, There Are 40 Properties, And One Year After The Start, The Number Of Properties Will Be Increased So That The Total Number Is 71 Properties. A 6-Year Alliance-Type Contract Is Concluded With The Selected Contract Partner. The Draft Contract Is In Appendix 6 Of The Procurement Notice. The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Appendices Of The Procurement Notice And The Request For Tenders.
