The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Collection And Management Of Hazardous Waste With The Codes: 15 01 10* - Packaging Containing Residues Of Hazardous Substances Or Contaminated With Them, 20 01 13* - Solvents, 20 01 14* - Acids, 20 01 15* - Alkalis, 20 01 17* - Photographic Reagents, 20 01 19* - Plant Protection Products, 20 01 26* - Oils And Fats Other Than Those Mentioned In 20 01 25, 20 01 29* - Detergents Containing Hazardous Substances, 20 01 30 - Detergents Other Than Those Mentioned In 20 01 29, In A Way That Ensures The Transfer Of Responsibility For Waste Management To The Next Waste Holder. 2. The Above The Waste Was Delivered To Pszoks By Natural Persons And Then Handed Over To The Ordering Party. The Average Monthly Receipt Of Hazardous Waste Is Approximately 0.5Mg (The Largest Group Is Waste With Code 20 01 26*). 3. Collection Of Hazardous Waste From The Ordering Party Will Take Place Every 3-4 Months, Depending On The Amount Of Waste Received By The Ordering Party. 4. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Collect The Above-Mentioned Waste From The Ordering Party From The Installation: Municipal Waste Disposal Plant, Ul. P. Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn. 5. The Amount Of Waste With Codes 15 01 10*, 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 20 01 15*, 20 01 17*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 26*, 20 01 29*, 20 01 30 Intended For Collection And Disposal Is 15 Mg As Part Of The Basic Order. 6. The Ordering Party Has No Influence On The Stream Of Accepted Waste Due To The Very High Variability Of This Stream And Therefore (In The Event Of An Increase In The Stream Of Waste With The Above Codes And There Is A Need For Continuation Of The Service), The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Use The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option In Whole Or In Part, At One Time Or In Several Parts. There Is An Option For The Collection And Management Of Waste With Codes 15 01 10*, 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 20 01 15*, 20 01 17*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 26*, 20 01 29*, 20 01 30 In Quantities Up To 10 Mg. 7. Taking The Above Into Account, The Total Amount Of Waste To Be Collected And Managed Under The Order Is Up To 25 Mg, Including: Under The Basic Order: 15 Mg And Under The Option: 10 Mg. 8. In The Event Of Transfer Of Waste With Code 20 01 26* In An Amount Exceeding 500 Kg, The Transport Of Waste Will Be Registered By The Ordering Party On The Puesc Platform (Tax And Customs Electronic Services Platform) To The Sent Register. The Contractor Should Have Access To The Puesc Platform Of The Sent Register To Confirm The Transport Of This Waste. 9. If A Contractor Is Selected Who Does Not Have A Permit To Process Waste Covered By This Agreement, The Contractor Will Transfer This Waste To An Entity Authorized To Process This Waste. 10.
