Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Project Documentation – Construction Modifications Of The Rakovník Winter Stadium. The Subject Of The Public Contract Will Be The Processing Of Project Documentation Based On The Study Submitted As Annex No. 1.1, In The Following Scope: A) The Participant Will Process The Demolition Work Documentation And The Documentation For The Building Permit (Hereinafter Also Dpz) For The Issuance Of A Planning Permit In The Scope Of § 182 Et Seq. Of The Building Act And Its Implementing Decrees For The Subsequent Construction Of The Work, Including Engineering Activities, B) The Participant Prepares The Project Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction (Hereinafter Also Dps), C) The Participant Prepares The Itemized Budget And The Measurement Statement For The Subsequent Public Tender. Project Documentation Must Meet The Requirements Of § 157 And § 162 Of Act No. 283/2021 Coll. Construction Act, As Amended And Implementing Regulations, Other Legal Requirements According To Proclamation No. 131/2024 Coll. On Construction Documentation, As Amended.
