Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection From Zuok In Olsztyn And Management Of Waste With Code 17 09 04 (Mixed Waste From Construction, Renovation And Dismantling Other Than Those Mentioned In 17 09 01, 17 09 02 And 17 09 03) Originating From Residential Properties And Pszok Points. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Collection And Management Of Construction Waste With Code 17 09 04 (Mixed Waste From Construction, Renovation And Dismantling Other Than Those Mentioned In 17 09 01, 17 09 02 And 17 09 03) Originating From Residential Real Estate And From Pszok Points, Resulting From Construction Works Carried Out By Natural Persons Who Are Not Entrepreneurs. 2. The Waste Covered By The Order Will Be Transferred In A Way That Ensures The Transfer Of Responsibility For Waste Management To The Next Waste Holder (Including The Legally Required Sorting Of Waste Into At Least: Wood, Metals, Glass, Plastics, Plaster And Mineral Waste (Including Concrete, Bricks, Tiles, Ceramic Materials And Stones). 3. The Amount Of Waste Intended For Collection And Management Under The Basic Order Is Up To 2,400 Mg. 4. Under This Order, The Ordering Party Allows For The Use Of The Option Referred To In Article 441(1) Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party May Use The Option In Whole Or In Part, At One Time Or In Several Parts Intended For Collection And Management Is Up To 3,400 Mg, Including: 2,400 Mg Under The Basic Order And Up To 1,000 Mg Under The Option. 7. The Contractor Will Collect The Above-Mentioned Waste From The Ordering Party - The Headquarters Of Zgok Sp. Z O. O. In Olsztyn, Ul. P. Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn Entity With The Decision Specified In Article 27, Section 2, Point 1 Or 2 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste, Indicated By The Contractor Before Signing The Contract. 9. Due To The Subject Matter, The Order Must Be Implemented, In Particular, In Accordance With The Following Provisions: 1) 2) Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law; 3) Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And Other Acts And Regulations Applicable To The Subject Of The Contract. 10. For Settlements Between The Parties, The Amount Of Waste Collected Will Be Determined According To The Measurement On The Ordering Partys Electronic Vehicle Scale. 11. The Transfer Of Waste Will Be Confirmed By A Waste Transfer Card - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 12. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Cooperation Are Described In Annex No. 3 To The Swz Entitled Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
