The Subject Of The Contract Is The Acquisition, Implementation And Operation Of The Cybersecurity Management System Or The Information Security Management System (Hereinafter Referred To As Sřbi) For The Ústí Region And The Organizations Established By It In A Multi-Tenant Arrangement In The On-Premise Variant, While The Software Will Be Operated In The Data Center Of The Ústí Region. As Part Of The Implementation, 8 Implementations Will Be Carried Out, Namely For 5 Organizations That Are Obliged Persons According To Decree No. 409/2025 Coll., On Security Measures Of Providers Of Regulated Services In The Regime Of Higher Obligations And For 3 Organizations That Are Obliged Persons According To Decree No. 410/2025 Coll., On Security Measures Of Providers Of Regulated Services In The Regime Of Lower Obligations. One Test Tenant Implementation Will Be Implemented.
