The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Stationary Ip Telephony Services For The Clients Needs At Two Locations (Tržaška Cesta 19, Ljubljana And Dragomelj 116, Domžale). The Public Contract Includes The Establishment And Management Of An Ip Telephony System On The Providers Infrastructure, Including The Supply, Installation And Rental Of Ip Telephones (Basic, Secretarial And Portable), Provision Of Broadband Connectivity, Call Center Services With Agents And Supervisors, Automatic Call Forwarding, Conversation Recording, E-Fax Service, Softphone, Relay Point, Analogue (Pstn) Connections, Consumption Monitoring Application And Unlimited Calls To All Telecommunications Networks In The Republic Of Slovenia. The Provider Must Also Provide Comprehensive Equipment Maintenance, Technical Support And On-Call Service With Agreed Response Times (Sla) For The Entire Duration Of The Contract.
