Credit Granting Services - Granting A Long-Term Loan In The Amount Of Pln 12,100,000.00 To Finance The Planned Budget Deficit Of The Przeworsk Commune In 2026 In The Amount Of Pln 11,600,000.00 And Repayment Of Previously Taken Out Loans In The Amount Of Pln 500,000.00. The Loan Will Be Made Available To The Ordering Party From The Next Business Day After The Date Of Conclusion Of The Loan Agreement Until December 31, 2026. The Loan Will Be Disbursed In Tranches At The Written Request Of The Ordering Party Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Receipt By The Contractor Of The Application Submitted By The Ordering Party Electronically Or In Writing - If It Is Not Possible To Submit The Application Electronically. Loan Period: From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until December 20, 2040. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To: - Not Use The Loan In Whole Or In Part - Early Repayment Of The Loan Without Incurring Any Costs In This Respect. The Capital Will Be Repaid In Polish Zlotys In Installments According To The Schedule. The Contractor Provides Information On The Amount Of Interest To The Ordering Party At Least 7 Business Days Before The Repayment Date, Without Charging The Ordering Party With Any Costs.
