Experienced And Qualified Companies Are Invited To Provide Medical Services (Jobsite And Off-Site Health Services) (Commodity Code Hxym). This Service Is Required To Support The Construction Of The Poland Nuclear Power Plant. Companies Shall Provide Occupational Health And Medical Services, Medical Staff And Manage Dispensary Of Medications. Companies Shall Also Provide Medical Evacuation Services To Hospitals In The Region, Consisting Of 1) Transfer Of The Patient To Evacuation Helicopter, Or 2) If Transported By Ferry Ambulance; Transfer Of Patient To Land Based Ambulance At The Mainland Dock. Companies Shall Be Responsible For Obtaining All Necessary Licensing, Authorizations, Registrations And Permits Required For The Work Under The Prevailing Laws Of Poland Including Obtaining Import/Export Licenses Required For Moving Prescription Medications And Medical Equipment In And Out Of Poland. Companies Shall Supply All Adequate And Competent Labor, Supervision, Equipment, Pharmaceuticals, Work Procedures, Treatment Protocols, Consumable Materials, Licenses, Services, Testing Devices, And Each Item Of Expense Necessary For The Provision Of Site Medical Services Work. If Contractor Has Any Questions Or Intends To Express Interest In Bidding This Requirement, The Company Shall Notify Bechtel’S Contact Person. At That Point, Bechtel Shall Provide The Interested Party The Poland Prequalification Questionnaire Which Company Would Complete With Response To Bechtel For Review. Bechtel Notes That Previous Proven Experience With Medical Services Of Similar Scale And Complexity Will Be Mandatory And Providing Additional Documentation / Evidence Of Previous Experience May Be Required. The Prequalification Questionnaire Includes A List Of Questions Required To Be Considered As Prequalified, And Examples To Include Demonstration Of (I) Experience In Providing The Medical Services In The Past Or Current Projects, (Ii) Safety Record And Compliance To Quality Requirements (See Section 7),(Iii) Compliance To Certification Of Legally Mandatory Requirements (Including Anti-Corruption And Sanctions), (Iv) Financial Standing (Solvency), And (V) Organizational Capabilities.
