Microsoft Sql Server 2022 Enterprise 2-Core In The Amount Of 2 Pieces In The Edu Version (Indicated In The Table In Point 1.3.3 Of The Sopz). The Ordering Party Informs That The Subject Of This Order Is Quantitatively Expanding The Resources - Microsoft Windows Server And Microsoft Sql Server Owned By The Ordering Party Before This Purchasing Procedure, Which Means That The Purpose Of The Purchase It Is Not An Exchange Of Solutions Owned By The Ordering Party Intended To Use The Subject Matter Of The Order Described Herein. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. Pursuant To Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right To Deliver The Software Indicated In Chapter I, Point 1.3.2 Of The Sopz, In Accordance With The Principles Described In The Sopz And The Template Of The Agreement, Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 4. The Exercise Of The Option Right Will Take Place In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party Within 200 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement. 5. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right By Submitting To The Contractor A Declaration Of Intention To Exercise The Option Right In Writing Or Electronically With A Qualified Signature. 6. The Ordering Partys Exercise Of The Option Right Is A Right, Not An Obligation Of The Ordering Party. The Option May Or May Not Be Exercised, Depending On The Ordering Partys Needs And As A Result Of Its Instructions In This Regard. The Ordering Partys Failure To Exercise The Option Right Or Its Incomplete Exercise Will Not Give Rise To Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor Against The Ordering Party. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Any Requirements Regarding The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law. 11. The Ordering Party Does Not Require Contractors To Pay A Deposit.
