The Services With The Object Rehabilitation And Conservation Of The Building - Minerva - Valorization Of The Minerva Complex To Increase Social Cohesion In The Municipality Of Craiova By Creating An Inclusive Hub For The Community (E.T., D.A.L.I.), Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Terms Of Reference No. 127415/Rev.1/11.05.2026 And The Design Theme No. 127409/14.04.2026. It Is Requested To Prepare The Technical-Economic Documentation For The Dali Phase In Accordance With The Provisions Of Government Decision No. 907 Of November 29, 2016 Regarding The Development Stages And Framework Content Of The Technical-Economic Documentation Related To The Investment Objectives/Projects Financed From Public Funds, The Design Phase Which Includes: A. Preparatory Activities - Preparation Of Studies, Investigations, Opinions And Agreements According To The Urban Planning Certificate: • Geotechnical Study; • The Infrastructure Immunization Study Against Climate Change; • Do No Significant Harm (Dnsh) Evaluation; • The Technical, Economic And Environmental Feasibility Study Of The Use Of Alternative High-Efficiency Systems; • Technical Expertise Of The Resistance Structure; • Energy Audit Report; • Energy Performance Certificate Of The Building; • Physical Security Risk Assessment Report Prepared According To The Provisions Of M.A.I. Instruction No. 9/2013 Regarding The Performance Of Physical Security Risk Analyzes Of The Units That Are The Subject Law No. 333/2003 Regarding The Protection Of Objects, Assets And People; • Development Of Documentation Required For Obtaining Approvals Through The Urban Planning Certificate. B. Design Activities And Verification Interventions (D.A.L.I.) The Services That Are The Subject Of The Contract Are Detailed In The Task Book No. 127409/14.04.2026, During Its Validity Period The Conditions Provided For In Law No. 98/2016, With The Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Shall Be Made In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Law.
