Repair Activities Of Streets, Boulevards And Underpasses On The Territory Of The Northern, Eastern And Central Districts In The City Of Plovdiv The Main Purpose Of The Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Carry Out Construction Work For Repair Works On Streets, Boulevards And Underpasses, Including The Construction Of Pavements, Cobblestones, Sidewalks, Alleys, Asphalt And/Or Square Pavements On The Territory Of The City Of Plovdiv, Northern District, Eastern District And Central District, In The Period Agreed With The Contractor, According To The Draft Contract And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Employer And The Bulgarian Construction Legislation. With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement, The Aim Is To Improve The Public Areas Of The Territory Of The City Of Plovdiv, The Northern, Eastern And Central Regions, Improve The Transport And Operational Parameters, The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Pavement And The Safety Of Traffic Flows, Better Drainage Of The Road And The Road Body, Ensuring An Accessible Environment For People In A Disadvantaged Position, Banning The Parking Of Motor Vehicles On Sidewalks And Pedestrian Areas By Placing Anti-Parking Elements, Repair And Construction Of Parking Lots And Bike Lanes. It Is Planned To Replace The Old Pavement In Places Where It Is In Poor Condition With A New One Of High Quality, Rearrangement Of The Existing Pavement, Paving And Cobblestone Pavement; Repair And Construction Of Underground And Above-Ground Infrastructure /Drainage And Irrigation Systems, Street Lighting And Pipe Network/. The Goals Are To Reduce The Level Of Noise Pollution And Improve And Protect Air Cleanliness. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Also Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities, Which Are Related To The Implementation Of Smr: - Preparation, Coordination Of A Project And Introduction Of A Temporary Organization During Construction, If Necessary. - Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Construction Products Necessary And Corresponding To The Technical Specifications, Complying With Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1/05.02.2015 On The Conditions And Procedure For Awarding Construction Products In The Constructions Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. - Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests. - Participation In The Construction Acceptance Procedure - Acceptance-Transmission Protocol To Establish Quality Executed Smr. - Warranty Maintenance Of The Construction, Including The Removal Of Manifested Defects During The Warranty Periods Determined By The Public Procurement Contract, In Accordance With The Offer. - Term For The Execution Of The Public Procurement - 2 (Two) Years From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Or Until Its Value Is Exhausted, Whichever Of The Two Events Occurs Earlier.
