By One Service, The Ordering Party Understands A Service Provided At One Time Or Successive Services Under One Contract, Including A Framework Agreement, Or Currently Being Performed, Provided That By The Date Of Submission Of Offers In The Proceedings In Question, The Completed Part Must Include A Service Worth At Least Pln 200,000.00 Gross.
