Environmental Engineering Consultancy Services – Environmental Supervision Of The Modernization Of External Lighting In Three (3) Buildings To Make It Safe For Bats And Minimize The Effect Of Light Pollution. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is Environmental Supervision In The Field Of Active Protection Of Bats, Necessary For The Proper Performance Of Works Carried Out As Part Of The Investment, I.E. Without Harm To Bats. 2. Supervision Will Be Carried Out At 3 Facilities: • Church Of St. Saint John The Baptist In Łąck; • Church Of St. Saint Andrew The Apostle In Słopnice Dolne; • Church Of St. Finding The Holy Cross In Ochotnica Dolna. 3. The Task Of The Supervision Will Be To Cooperate Closely With The Regional Directorate For Environmental Protection And The Contractor In Determining The Details Of The Planned Works That Are Important For Bats And To Constantly Monitor Their Progress At Three Facilities With Breeding Colonies. Numerous Site Visits Will Be Necessary, As Well As Ongoing Communication With All Parties, Including Facility Owners And Investor Supervision, Providing Comments And Opinions. After Completing The Works, The Supervision Will Be Responsible For Assessing And Accepting Them. 4. Details Of The Scope Of The Subject Of This Order Are Specified In Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz).
