Diesel Fuel (En 590) – Delivery Of Diesel Oil For The Needs Of Mzk-Pabianice Sp. Z O. O.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Diesel Oil. Deliveries Of Diesel Oil Should Be Made Successively In The Quantity And With The Properties Given Below: A) 413 M3 (X1) Of Standard Diesel Oil Meeting The Requirements Of The Pn-En 590 Standard, B) 50 M3 (X2) Of Diesel Oil With Increased Low-Temperature Properties Meeting The Requirements Of The Pn-En 590 Standard. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Offers Containing A Proposal To Supply Oil Containing Products From Recycled Plastics. (Pet Type Additives). The Quantities Of Liquid Fuels Specified Above Are Estimated Quantities And As Such Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims For Ordering A Smaller Quantity Of Liquid Fuels Actually Purchased By The Ordering Party During The Execution Of The Contract. 3. Detailed Information: A) The Given Quantities Of Individual Types Of Diesel Oil May Change During The Duration Of The Contract. B) Diesel Oil Will Be Used For The Ordering Partys Own Needs. C) The Decision On The Type Of Diesel Fuel To Be Supplied Is Made By The Ordering Party. D) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers Resulting From The Division Of The Order Due To The Above-Mentioned Parameters, The Offer Should Be Comprehensive. Otherwise, It Will Be Considered Incomplete And Will Be Rejected. E) Deliveries Will Be Made To The Ordering Partys Warehouse By The Suppliers Transport And At His Expense Within 24 Hours Of Placing The Order By E-Mail. Deliveries Will Take Place At 700 – 1230, Monday To Friday, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. F) Deliveries Will Be Made Successively To Storage Tanks, In A Way That Ensures Continuous Satisfaction Of The Ordering Partys Needs For Diesel Oil. G) Acceptance Of The Delivery Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Instructions For Collecting And Settling Fuel For Deliveries By The Contractors Road Transport, Which Constitutes An Appendix To The Contract Template. The Ordering Party Expects Deliveries Of Approximately 40 M3 Per Month. H) Orders Will Be Delivered Within 48 Hours. (Counted In Business Days) From The Moment Of Notification By E-Mail Or Using A Dedicated Electronic Application Provided Free Of Charge By The Contractor. I) Quantity Settlement Of Diesel Oil Will Be Carried Out At A Reference Temperature Of + 15°C. The Quantities Will Be Calculated In Accordance With The Study By Władysław Maciejewski Settlement Of Shortages In Liquid Fuels With Volume Compensation Up To + 15º C. W-Wa 2003, Tables Of Density And Tables Of Volume Correction Factors For Diesel Fuels. J) With Each Delivery, A Valid Quality Certificate From The Oil Manufacturer And Proof Of Issue (Filling) Must Be Presented. These Documents Must Be Issued No Earlier Than The Day Before Each Delivery. It Is Allowed To Present This Certificate Or Laboratory Certificate To An Independent Laboratory Unit (E.G. Naftobazy). K) The Supplier Of Diesel Oil For The Purposes Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Obliged To:
