Construction Work - Reconstruction, Expansion, Superstructure Of Hospital Building No. 3B To Adapt The Rooms To The Needs Of The Center For Community Psychological And Psychotherapeutic Care For Children And Adolescents And The Mental Health Center For Children And Adolescents. 1. The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Award Of An Order For The Comprehensive Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction, Expansion, Superstructure Of Hospital Building No. 3B In Order To Adapt The Rooms To The Needs Of The Center For Community Psychological And Psychotherapeutic Care For Children And Adolescents And The Mental Health Center For Children And Adolescents, Along With Obtaining A Final And Unconditional Decision For The Ordering Party On The Permission To Use Building No. 3B. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform, Among Others, The Following Scopes Of Construction Works: 2.1. Construction Industry Works. 2.2. Water And Sewage, Central Heating And Ventilation Installation Works. 2.3. Electrical And Low-Current Installation Works. 2.4. Land Development Works. 2.5. Moreover, As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will: 1) Remove And Dispose Of Rubble, Wood, Glass And Other Waste Generated During Dismantling. 2) Will Clean Up The Area After The Work Is Completed. 3) Restore The Construction Site To Its Original Condition After The Works Are Completed. 4) Carry Out Legally Required Tests, Measurements And Acceptance Of Completed Works In All Industries, Including The Necessary Protective And Dynamic Measurements. The Contractor Will Provide The Results Of Tests, Measurements And Acceptance To The Ordering Party On The Terms Described In The Contract. 5) Will Develop A Fire Safety Manual And A Fire Development Scenario For Hospital Building No. 3B. 6) Prepare Complete As-Built Documentation In All Industries. 2.6. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Obtaining By The Contractor, On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, A Final And Unconditional Decision On The Permit To Use Building No. 3B. 2.7. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Transfer By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of Copyrights To The As-Built Documentation Referred To In The Agreement - Template (Annex No. 4 To The Swz), As Well As All Studies And Instructions Created By The Contractor Under The Agreement, Which Will Constitute Works Within The Meaning Of The Act Of February 4, 1994 On Copyright And Related Rights. 2.8. Required For Execution The Subject Of The Order Contains A Detailed Document Entitled: Subject Matter Of The Order/Agreement, Which Constitutes An Integral Part Of The Contract - Template And Constitutes Its Annex No. 1 (I.E. Annex No. 1 To Annex No. 4 To The Swz) And Is Specified In Detail In The Design Documentation, Which Constitutes Annexes To This Procedure And To The Contract - Template (Annex No. 4 To The Swz). 3. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, As Well As In Accordance With The Best Knowledge And Experience, With The Utmost Care And In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Regulations And Standards In Force On The Date Of Final Acceptance, Which Also Means That If In The Scope Of Construction Works There Are No Detailed Descriptions Of The Technology Of Their Implementation Or Other Activities Necessary For Proper Performance Are Not Indicated,
