The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture, Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party, Of The Rental Service Of Devices Together With The Print Service Using A Central Printing System, Under The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 2. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 2.1. Deliver The Devices, At Your Own Expense And Risk, To The Ordering Partys Individual Locations, In Accordance With Annex No. 1B To The Contract Agreement. And Their Installation And Configuration In Individual Locations, Each Time Confirmed By The Device Acceptance Protocol, The Template Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Labor Code, 2.2. Ongoing Monitoring Of The Consumption Of Consumables (I.E. Materials That Are Periodically Consumed, Excluding Paper, And Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Devices And To Ensure Their Continuous And Correct Operation) Via Remote Access To The Devices Referred To In § 3 Section 4 Of The Agreement And Their Successive Delivery To Ensure Constant, Uninterrupted Operation Of All Devices. In Order To Fulfill This Obligation, The Contractor Will Constantly Replenish Consumables, Delivering Them To The Location Without The Ordering Party Having To Report The Lack/Exhaustion Of Consumables. The Replacement Of Consumables Will Be Carried Out By The Ordering Partys Employees. If The Standard Procedure For Replacing A Specific Consumable (Described By The Device Manufacturer) Is Ineffective, I.E. The Device Does Not Perform The Printing/Scanning/Copying Function, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace The Consumables In Order To Restore The Proper Operation Of The Device. Apart From The Scope Of Consumables Whose Replacement Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor, There Is Also Paper For The Devices, Which The Ordering Party Will Provide On Its Own. The Contractor Also Undertakes To Successively Collect Used Consumables From The Ordering Party At Its Own Expense And To Dispose Of Them In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions, 2.3. Ensuring Constant, High Quality Copies, Prints, Scans And Reliable Operation Of All Devices, Assuming That Printing/Copying Over The Entire Duration Of The Agreement Will Amount To Up To 42,000,000 Pages (In Words: Forty-Two Million Pages) Counted In A4 Format (A3 Print Counted As 2 X A4), Including Mono (Black And White): 39,000,000 Pages (In Words: Thirty-Nine Million Pages). The Ordering Party Declares The Minimum Number Of Copies And Prints - 15,000,000 (In Words: Fifteen Million Pages), Counted In A4 Format.
