Delivery And Installation Of Office Furniture For The Needs Of The Territorial Structures Of The Employment Agency Under Activity 7 Of Investment C11.I5 Digital Services In The Employment Agency, Financed By The Recovery And Resilience Mechanism And Implemented Within The Framework Of The National Recovery And Resilience Plan: The Office Furniture Is As Follows: Pouf - Minimum Number For The Indicated Estimated Value - 424 Pcs.; Ergonomic Adjustable Desk - Minimum Number For The Indicated Estimated Value - 636 Pcs.; Container - Minimum Number For The Indicated Estimated Value - 636 Pcs.; Metal Cabinet - Minimum Number For The Indicated Estimated Value - 318 Pcs. Office Furniture Must Meet The Relevant Technical Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification. The Delivery Of The Office Furniture Is Carried Out By The Contractors Transport To The Addresses Of The Contracting Authority Specified In The Technical Specification. The Deadline For The Delivery And Installation Of The Office Furniture Is Up To 20 (Twenty) Days, Counted From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of A Public Procurement Contract, But No Later Than 30.06.2026. In The Event Of A Change Accepted By The European Commission To The Deadline For The Implementation Of Investment C11.I5 Digital Services In The Employment Agency, Financed By The Recovery And Resilience Mechanism And Implemented Within The Framework Of The National Recovery And Resilience Plan (Npvu), The Term Expiring On 30.06.2026 Can Be Extended, After A Request Has Been Submitted By The Contractor. Quality Requirements And Standards: Office Furniture Should Be New, Including Not Used Or Assembled As Samples. Products Are Not Recycled, Remarketed Or Otherwise Degraded. Office Furniture Should Be Safe, Comfortable To Work With, Functional, Ergonomic, With A Good Modern Design. Office Furniture Should Be An Original Product From The Manufacturers Catalog. Requirements For The Warranty Period Of The Office Furniture: The Minimum Warranty Period Of The Delivered Office Furniture Should Be No Less Than 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Counted From The Date Of Bilateral Signing Of The Finding Protocol For Acceptance Of The Delivery And Installation Of The Specific Type Of Office Furniture. During The Warranty Period, Repair Work To Remove Defects, Hidden Factory Defects And/Or Damage To The Office Furniture Is Entirely At The Expense Of The Contractor, Incl. Labor, Spare Parts, Transport. The Installed New Parts Should Have The Same Technical Characteristics As The Replaced Ones. If It Is Impossible To Remove Defects, Hidden Factory Defects And/Or Damages, The Office Furniture Is Replaced With New Ones That Fully Comply With The Technical Specification And The Technical Proposal From The Contractors Offer. The Costs Of Replacing The Office Furniture Are Entirely At The Expense Of The Contractor. The Term For Carrying Out The Repair Works Or For Carrying Out A Replacement Is Up To 5 (Five) Working Days From The Date Of Signing The Protocol For The Occurrence Of A Warranty Event.
