Construction Work For School Buildings – Upgrade Emergency Works (Universal Access) To Existing Wc, Access Ramps And External Areas For Clontuskert National School. The Project Comprises The Demolition Of An Existing Toilet Facility And The Construction Of An Extended Adapted/Accessible Toilet. The Works Also Include The Provision Of New Access Ramps To The Building, Resurfacing Of Playground. All Works Shall Be Carried Out In Compliance With Part M Of The Building Regulations. The Contractor Shall Ensure Safe Access Is Maintained During The Works, With Appropriate Phasing Of Construction, And The Works Are Intended To Be Undertaken During The Summer Period.
