The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Collection And Further Management Of Waste With Code Ex19 12 12 - Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Objects) From Mechanical Waste Treatment Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 12 11, Produced At The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant In Siedliska Near Ełk During A Period Of 6 Months: 1) Collection And Further Management Of Waste Arising After The Mechanical Processing Process Municipal Waste, I.E.: A) Waste With The Code: Ex19 12 12 Is Intended For Further Management - Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Objects) From Mechanical Waste Treatment Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 12 11, Which Is Generated After The Process Of Mechanical Processing Of Municipal Waste, After The Separation Of Secondary Raw Materials And Ballast - A Waste Fraction (Ex 19 12 12) Is Created With The Following Parameters: 8.98 Mj/Kg Dm < Heat Of Combustion < 18.9 Mj/Kg Dry Weight, B) Estimated Quantity Of 1,000 Mg Under The Basic Order And Possibly Extension Of The Order By: 200 Mg Under The 20% Option Right. 2. Z O. O., Siedliska 77, 19-300 Ełk, Province Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, Ełk Poviat, Ełk Commune. The Contractor Will Provide Collection Vehicles Adapted To Transport Municipal Waste. 2) Collection Will Be Carried Out By Transport Organized By The Contractor And At Its Expense, Also In Terms Of Transport Costs, Insurance During Transport And Unloading, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 7, 2016 On Detailed Requirements For Waste Transport (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1742). 3) Loading Waste Onto Vehicles Provided By The Contractor Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. 4) The Collected Waste Will Be Weighed On A Legalized Vehicle Scale Located At The Municipal Installation. To Determine The Weight Of The Collected Waste, The Contractors Vehicle Must Be Weighed Before And After Loading. 5) Each Weighing Of Collected Waste, Confirmed By Proof Of Weighing, Will Be Accepted For Settlement. 6) The Measuring Range Of The Scale Located On The Premises Of The Municipal Installation Is 60 Mg, The Length Of The Platform - 18.75 M, The Width Of The Platform - 3 M. 7) The Contractor Is Solely Responsible For Any Damage, As Well As For Losses, Defects And Damage To Waste, Occurring During The Transport Of Waste From The Moment Of Release From The Municipal Installation And During Transport And Unloading Of Waste Until It Is Subjected To And Completion Of Recovery Processes. 8) The Contractor Is In Particular Liable For The Actions And Omissions Of Its Staff And Entities It Used To Perform The Subject Of The Order, E.G. Carriers. 9) At The Moment Of Handing Over The Waste To The Contractor (The Carrier Indicated By Him), All Benefits And Burdens Related To It As Well As The Risk Of Accidental Waste Are Transferred To The Contractor.
