The Scope Of The Order Includes Delivery New, Non-Exhibition Equipment And Software To The Ordering Partys Office. The Delivered It Equipment And Software Must Be Covered By At Least The Warranty Period - Specified For A Given Device, Hardware, Software In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer - Appendix No. 2 To The Swz Technical Parameters Completed In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 4. Failure To Submit Appendix No. 2 To The Swz Constitutes The Inability To Evaluate The Offer And Thus The Basis For Rejecting The Offer From The Procedure. 2.1.
