The Project Is Located In The Pomeranian Voivodeship, In The City Of Gdańsk, Letnica District, Near Narwicka Street. The Area Is Covered By The Provisions Of The Local Spatial Development Plan Młyńska - Letnica Resolution No. According To The Provisions Of The Plan, The Area Includes: - A Production, Service And Storage Zone, - Roads, Local And Access Streets As Well As Public Pedestrian And Traffic Routes. The Investment Area Borders The Area Located In The Railway Traffic Nuisance Zone And The 110 Kv Power Line With A 40 M Safety Zone. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Technical Infrastructure - Storm Sewage System And The Reconstruction Of Other Technical Infrastructure In Ul. Narwicka. The Task Is Expected To Be Co-Financed Under The Project Sustainable Rainwater Management Systems In Gdańsk - Stage Ii. 2. The Material Scope Of The Works Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary To Complete The Investment Task, Including In Particular The Following Elements: - Implementation Of The Storm Sewage System; - Reconstruction Of Conflicting Technical Infrastructure; - Dismantling Of Existing Road Surfaces And Restoring Them To Their Pre-Construction Condition (Including Substructures), In Accordance With The Design; - Cutting Down A Tree That Interferes With The Planned Stormwater Drainage Network - Restoration Of Green Areas And Plantings; - Restoration Of All Elements Of The Environment After The Work Performed. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
