Imaging And Archiving System - Expansion Of The Pacs System Environment, Including Expansion Of The System Matrix Resources And Purchase Of A Backup Environment For The Pacs System As Part Of The Project Entitled Development Of Digital Services In The Provincial Hospital In Kielce. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Assortment Defined In Accordance With Art. 2 Points 12-13 Of Regulation (Eu) 2019/881 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 17 April 2019 On Enisa (European Union Agency For Cybersecurity) And Cybersecurity Certification In The Field Of Information And Communication Technologies And Repealing Regulation (Eu) No 526/2013 (Cybersecurity Act): • Ict Product Means An Element Or Group Of Elements Of Network Or Information Systems, • Service Ict Means A Service Consisting Wholly Or Mainly In Transmitting, Storing, Retrieving Or Processing Information Via Networks And Information Systems, And • Ict Process Means A Set Of Activities Performed To Design, Develop, Deliver Or Maintain Ict Products Or Ict Services, I.E. In Particular The Expansion Of The Pacs System Environment, Including: A) Expanding The Resources Of The Pacs System Matrix (Including The Supply Of The Necessary Equipment) In Order To Provide The Required Space For Collecting Diagnostic Imaging Data. B) Purchase Of A Backup Environment For The Pacs System, I.E. Delivery And Implementation Of A Solution Consisting Of A Backup Matrix And A System For Making And Managing Backup Copies Of All Data From The Pacs System Matrix (Along With A Server For Its Installation). The Subject Of The Order Also Includes On-The-Job Training Remotely And At The Ordering Partys Headquarters For Administrators Designated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Systems Provided In Order To Provide The Required Knowledge For Their Independent Administration, As Well As Support And Technical Service For 36 Months. The Delivered Devices Must Be Brand New, Complete, Unused, Not From Exhibition Or Conditioned, And Have Not Been Previously Used By Other Entities. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Legal And Physical Defects. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order Meets The Requirements Specified In Applicable Polish Law And The Law Of The European Union, Is Admitted To Trading And Has Valid Documents Required By Law, Confirming Admission To Use In The Eu, As Well As Meet Other Requirements (Standards, Parameters) Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Quantities Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Information On The Principles Of Delivery, Guarantee And Remuneration Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract.
