Seek to generate practical, evidence-based recommendations and lessons learnt for improving localizations processes, partnership models, capacity strengthening efforts, risk-sharing mechanisms, and ways of embedding local actors into programme design, implementation, monitoring, and decision-making. This final evaluation will reflect on 5 years of implementation from 2022 to date.
