For more information about the organization, please visit: https://corusinternational.org Job Summary: The local cost and price consultant supports the cost and price manager during the preparation of the cost application for the Food for Progress program funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) in Bolivia. Key Responsibilities: Support the preparation of the proposal, providing cost estimates for the different budget categories. Coordinate with the members of the proposal team on assumptions related to budget and cost data. Collect and validate in-country cost data to ensure accurate pricing. Obtain quotes from local vendors and service providers as needed. Assist in the preparation and review of detailed budget spreadsheets and supporting pricing documentation. Support the verification of exchange rates, local taxes, tariffs and regulatory costs applicable to the proposal budget. If necessary, assist in the preparation of the budget description and justification of the cost assumptions. Deliverables: The local cost consultant will deliver: A comprehensive package of in-country cost data covering travel, logistics, office operations, procurement, events, and other relevant cost categories. A supplier budget package containing the collected budgets, market research and supporting documentation (where required).
