The purpose of this Amendment #3 is to amend L6058 to provide payment for additional build out needs required by the occupying agency, DCFS as listed in the amended Exhibit B, per 3.4.1. Costs include all materials and labor. The cost of Improvements total $33,600.00 to be paid to the Lessor in one (1) payment outside of the rent schedule Exhibit C. The $33,600.00 shall initially be paid for by the Illinois Department of Central Management Services and then billed back to DCFS.
