The Main Objective Of This Tender Is To Reach A Joint Framework Agreement With One (1) Contractor For Carrying Out The Assignment By 1 January 2027 By Completing A Tender; Carrying Out The Delivery And Service Provision (Including Maintenance) Of Wmo Aids On The Basis Of Further Orders. This Is Based On; • All-Inclusive Category Prices For The Purchase Of Wmo Aids; • An All-In Service Fee Per Month For Carrying Out Service Provision On All Outstanding Aids Owned By The Client (All-In Service Category Price); • An All-In Rental Fee Per Month (All-In Category Price Rental) For Carrying Out The Delivery And Service Provision Of Those Resources To Which This Applies. This Assignment Is A Framework Agreement With An Estimated Maximum Value Of Rounded € 78,000,000.00 (€ 52,000,000.00 + 50% Optional) Excluding Vat.
