The Groningen Municipalities Are Working Together On The Further Development Of The Youth Care Landscape Within The Long-Term Perspective Youth Care Groningen Program. Part Of This Is The Proposed Design And Contracting Of The Segments Of Basic Youth And Family Assistance And Additional Youth And Family Assistance. With This Chain Consultation, Municipalities Inform Providers About The Proposed Direction, Substantive Principles And Possible Design Of Both Segments And We Invite Youth Care Providers To Delve Deeper Into This And Think About What The Proposed Movement Means In Practice. With This We Want To Further Refine Choices And Strengthen The Feasibility, Cooperation And Quality Of Support. The Consultation Focuses, Among Other Things, On: The Design Of Cooperation Within And Between Segments; The Connection With Other Collaborative Partners In And Around The Living Environment Of The Young Person And The Family; Organizing Appropriate Support For Different Target Groups; The Application Of Task-Oriented Financing And Joint Management Of Social Results; Realizing A Sustainable, Coherent And Learning Youth Care Landscape.
