The City Of Richmond (The “City”) Is Proposing To Engage A Contractor To Perform On-Call Repair Services, Including Preventative Maintenance, Door Replacement, Retrofitting, And Installation Of Parts, For Sliding And Pivot Automated Doors Located In Approximately Forty-Five (45) City Owned Buildings. (The “Requirements”), As Described In The Contract Documents.The Duration Of The Contract Shall Be For 3 (Three) Years And May Be Renewed 2 (Two) Additional 1 (One) One-Year Period, To A Maximum Of 5 (Five) Years, Upon Mutual Consent Of Both Parties. Extension Periods Will Be Determined At The Time Of Renewal Based On Best Value For The City.
