The New Broadcasting Museum Fürth Haus Des Hörens Would Like To Give The Dining Area To A Tenant Once The House Opens. The Aim Of This Procedure Is To Award A License For The Provision Of Gastronomic Services/Catering For The New Fürth Broadcasting Museum, Kurgartenstraße 37A, 90762 Fürth (Haus Des Hörens). A Contract Is To Be Concluded For A Service Concession For The Largely Exclusive Right And Obligation For The Gastronomic Management Of The Café And The Various Events Of The Haus Des Hörens On The Basis Of A Sales-Related Lease. Subject To Construction Delays That Are Not Currently Known, The Catering Industry Is Expected To Go Into Operation From July 1St, 2027 With The Opening Of The Haus Des Hörens. The Contract Term Should Be Set At 5 Years With The Option Of Extension. In Accordance With Section 118 Gwb, The Contract Will Only Be Awarded To Preferred Bidders.
