The City Of Rauma Is Preparing A Tender For The Restaurant, Meeting And Representation Services Of The Town Hall Block For A Five (5) Year Contract Period Starting On August 1, 2027, And In Connection With This Is Organizing A Market Dialogue Aimed At Operators In The Sector As Part Of The Procurement Preparation. In Principle, The City Does Not Limit The Content Or Scope Of Restaurant Services, But The Goal Is To Enable A Versatile And Functional Service Package. However, The City Requires That The Service Provider Organize Appropriate And Regularly Available Lunch Restaurant Services For The Staff Working In The City Hall Block. This Staff Restaurant Service Forms The Central Minimum Requirement Of The Future Tender. In Addition To This, The Service Provider Has The Opportunity To Supplement And Develop The Operation, For Example:- With Cafe And Additional Services- With Ordering And Representation Events- With Evening And Weekend Activities The Aim Of The Market Dialogue Is To Obtain Information On How The Above-Described Entity Can Be Implemented From The Markets Point Of View In An Appropriate, Cost-Effective And High-Quality Way, And In Such A Way That The Lunch Restaurant Services Offered To The Staff Can Be Secured As Part Of The Whole.
