The City Of Rauma Is Asking For Offers For Sea Transport (Boat Rides And Transport Ordered Separately By City Employees) To Destinations In Raumas Archipelago. Procurement Is Divided Into Two Sub-Areas: 1. Sub-Area: Transport Of People And Goods2. Sub-Area: Septic Tank Emptying The Competition Is Conducted Using An Open Procedure, On The Basis Of Which All Bids That Meet The Eligibility And Minimum Requirements Are Accepted For The Framework Arrangement By Sub-Area. Bidders Are Placed In Priority Order Based On The Reference Price Of The Bid (Within Sub-Area 1 By Carrying Capacity Category). During The Framework Arrangement, Orders Are Placed In Order Of Priority, Taking Into Account Appropriateness And Availability On A Case-By-Case Basis. The Maximum Number Of Parts Awarded To One Tenderer Is Not Limited, I.E. The Tenderer Can Be Selected As A Supplier For One Or Both Areas. The Contract Period Of The Framework Arrangement Is 1 July 2026 (Target) - 31 October 2028. The Contract Is Only Created When Both Parties Have Signed The Contract. The Estimated Value Of The Entire Procurement For The Entire Contract Period Is Less Than 60,000 Euros (Vat 0%). The City Of Rauma Does Not Commit To A Certain Quantity Or Value Of The Purchase During The Contract Period. The City Of Rauma Also Has The Right To Tender For Individual Assignments Outside Of This Framework Arrangement Even During The Validity Of The Framework Agreement. The Working And Contract Language Is Finnish. The Supplier Is Responsible For Weather Conditions. The Supplier Is Responsible For Finding Out The Location Of The Cables Etc.
