The Procurement Target The Employment Regions Of Helsinki, Espoo-Kauniainen, Vantaa, Tampere Region, Turku And Oulu Region (Later C6 Employment Regions) Are Preparing Separate Early Childhood Education Teacher Studies Organized As Recruiting Workforce Training. The Procurement Is Intended To Be Implemented As Workforce Training (Act On The Organization Of Workforce Services, §61). The Goal Of The Training Is The Rapid Employment Of The Participants In The Early Childhood Education Teacher Positions. The Planned Duration Of The Studies Is About 14-16 Months, The Scope Of The Studies Is About 70-75 Credits. The Studies To Be Completed Are Organized In Such A Way That The Studies Include 1–2 Close-To-Work Periods, Real-Time And Afternoon-Focused Distance Learning, Independent Study And Group Work, As Well As Practical On-The-Job Learning And Training In The Early Childhood Education Unit. The Classroom Teaching Included In The Studies Must Be Organized During The First 4 Months Of The Studies. The Location Of The Local Teaching Will Be Determined Later During The Procurement Preparation. The Trainings Are Aimed Primarily At Bachelors And Masters In Education Who Are Clients Of The C6 Employment Areas, Who Lack The Qualification Of An Early Childhood Education Teacher, As Well As Bachelors And Masters Of Education In Fixed-Term Employment, Who Lack The Qualification Of An Early Childhood Education Teacher And Who Are Therefore Under The Threat Of Unemployment. Targeted Number Of Students The Target Group Size Of The Training As A Whole Is 40-60 Students. If There Are More Suitable Applicants, The Group Size Can Be Increased To A Maximum Of 100 Students If Necessary. The Goal Of The Trainings The Goal Is That The Unemployed Bachelors/Masters In Education Participating In The Training Will Find Employment After Approx. 4 Months Of Studies And Complete Their Studies In A Fixed-Term Employment Relationship.
