Senaatti Kinteistöt Is Responsible For The Practical Implementation Of The Procurement Process. The Procurement Decision And The Contracts Are Made By Puolustukinteistöt. Tendering Is Carried Out As An Open Procedure In Accordance With The Procurement Act (1397/2016). The Procurement Will Cover The Whole Of Finland In 3 Different Tenders. These Will Include Several Geographic Areas.
