A Delivery Service For The Daily Goods Must Be Able To Be Carried Out In A Functional Way During The Contract Period. The Frequency Of Delivery Order Needs Is Estimated To Be Once A Week And Deliveries Must Be Made According To The Orders. The Estimate Is That The Deliveries Will Take Place At The Beginning Of The Week (Monday-Tuesday). Deliveries Must Take Place During The Working Day Between 08:00 And 16:00 To Vös, The Staff In Vös Will Receive The Delivery According To Agreement. The Delivery Address Is Vaasa Training School: Kyrkoesplanaden 11-13, 65100 Vaasa. Orders Are Placed Within A Reasonable Time, Mainly Estimated No Later Than Two (2) Working Days Before Delivery, I.E. No Later Than Wednesday For Deliveries On Monday. The Staff At Vös Make The Orders And Several Of The Staff Must Have The Right To Make Orders: E.G. Through A Common User Account Or Equivalent Functioning System. The Orders Are Placed During The School Year To Vös: During Holiday Periods And Weekends, It Is Estimated That No Orders Are Placed, Which Must Be Taken Into Account. Submission Of Tenders Requires That The Conditions In The Framework Agreement Template (Appendix 5) Have Been Considered And Approved. By Submitting A Tender, The Tenderer Undertakes To Accept The Contractual Conditions Attached To This Request For Tenders Without Changes.
