Separate Item No. 3 - Supply Of Spare Parts And Materials For Additional Equipment For Buses Brand Solaris, Models Urbino 12, Urbino 12 Cng, Urbino 18 And Newurbino 12. Separate Position No. 4 - Supply Of Spare Parts And Materials For Braking Systems For Buses Brand Solaris, Models Urbino 12, Urbino 12 Cng, Urbino 18 And Newurbino 12. The Spare Parts And Materials Included In The Scope Of This Procedure Are Necessary To Maintain The Technical Condition Of The Make And Model Buses Specified In The Technical Specifications - Owned By The Contracting Authority. Deliveries Will Be Made Under The Terms Of The Concluded Contract, According To The Requested Types Of Spare Parts And Materials Under The Relevant Separate Item, Described In Detail In The Technical Specifications, Which Are Part Of The Documentation For This Public Procurement. The Quantities For Each Request Are Determined By The Contracting Authority According To Its Needs, According To A Written Request Made In Advance. The Current Procedure For Awarding A Public Contract Will Be Conducted In Accordance With Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Zop And Under The Conditions Of Art. 61, Para. 2, 3 And 4 Of The Ppzop, I.E. In Reverse Order.
