The Subject Of The Public Procurement: Preparation Of The Osip And Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Execution Of A Site: Preparation Of A Technical Investment Project For The Reconstruction Of A Trolleybus Contact Network In The City Of Pleven, Execution Of Construction And Installation Works And Exercise Of Authors Supervision. During The Implementation Of The Public Contract, Construction Supervision Will Be Carried Out On The Construction Of The Technical Infrastructure Of The Company - The Trolleybus Contact Network Of The City Of Pleven, Which Is A Construction Of The Third Category In The Sense Of Article 137 Of The Zut. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Conclude A Contract With One Contractor For The Implementation Of Consulting Services In The Field Of Construction Of An Object - Reconstruction Of A Trolleybus Contact Network In The City Of Pleven. The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement: - Preparation Of An Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Project Documentation With The Essential Requirements For Construction, According To Art. 142 Of The Zut; - Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction, According To Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zut (Incl. Submission Of A Request To Dnsk For The Formation Of A State Reception Commission To Issue A Permit For The Use Of The Object); - Preparation Of A Final Report On The Construction, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut, For Issuing A Permit For Use, Including A Technical Passport And Its Annexes, According To Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, All The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Individually Detailed In Appendix A - Technical Specification /Requirements/.
