During The Implementation Of The Public Contract, Construction Supervision Will Be Carried Out On The Construction Of The Technical Infrastructure Of The Company - The Trolleybus Contact Network Of The City Of Pleven, Which Is A Construction Of The Third Category In The Sense Of Article 137 Of The Zut. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Conclude A Contract With One Contractor For The Implementation Of Consulting Services In The Field Of Construction Of An Object - Reconstruction Of A Trolleybus Contact Network In The City Of Pleven. The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement: - Preparation Of An Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Project Documentation With The Essential Requirements For Construction, According To Art. 142 Of The Zut; - Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction, According To Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zut (Incl. Submission Of A Request To Dnsk For The Formation Of A State Reception Commission To Issue A Permit For The Use Of The Object); - Preparation Of A Final Report On The Construction, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut, For Issuing A Permit For Use, Including A Technical Passport And Its Annexes, According To Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions.
