The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Performance Of Services As Follows: 1. The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Daily Cleaning And Disinfection Service Provided: 1.1. Washing Of The Floor Spaces Of The Working Premises And The Common Areas - Lobbies, Corridors, Staircases And The Mezzanine Areas In The Building Is Approximately 3000 Sq.M.; 1.2. Disposal Of Garbage From The Bins In The Work Premises And In The Sanitary Facilities - 60 Pcs. Premises; 1.3. Washing And Disinfection Of Sanitary Facilities /Wc/ - Floor, Toilet Bowls (Urinal) And Sinks, Cleaning Of Mirrors, The Total Area Of Which Is Approximately 300 Sq.M.; 1.4. Washing And Disinfection Of Offices, Wiping Dust From The Visible (Open) Part Of Office Furniture, Equipment And Window Sills In The Work Premises, The Total Area Of Which Is Approximately 5000 Sq.M.; 1.5. Cleaning The Doors In The Common Areas Of The Building, The Total Area Of Which Is Approximately 1500 Sq.M.; 1.6. Cleaning The Skirting Boards And Railings In The Common Areas Of The Building, The Total Area Of Which Is Approximately 600 Sq.M.; 1.7. Loading The Sanitary Hygiene Units /Wc/ With Liquid Soap And Toilet Paper, Purchased By The Participant - Toilet Paper In Packs Of 10*20 Pcs. Bundles Per Month. Toilet Paper Should Be Soft 3-Ply Toilet Paper; Liquid Soap /Antibacterial/ 15 Liters Per Month. Note: The Total Volume Of The Specified Consumables Under Item 1.7 Is Estimated And Is Formed On A Monthly Basis. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Change The Specified Consumables According To Its Needs And Forecasts. 2. The Scope Of The Periodic Cleaning Service Provided Once A Week Includes The Following Activities: 2.1. Vacuum Cleaning Of A Floor Space, The Total Area Of Which Is Approximately 3000 Sq.M. 2.2. Washing Of The Trash Cans In All Working Rooms, The Total Number Of Which Is 60 Pcs. 2.3. Cleaning Of Cobwebs In The Working And Common Areas, The Total Area Of Which Is Approximately 6000 Sq.M. 2.4 Wet Wiping Of Blinds (Double-Sided), The Total Area Of Which Is Approximately 1300 Sq. M. 2.5. Cleaning Of Sidewalks And Lawns Near The Building With An Approximate Area Of 1600 Sq.M. 2.6. Laundry And Change Of Linen And Towels. Time Of Execution: All Periodic Cleaning Activities Will Be Performed Outside The Employers Working Hours. 3. The Scope Of The Periodic Cleaning Service Provided Once Every Three Months Includes The Following Activity: 3.1. Washing The Blinds And The Windows Of The Building With A Specialized Detergent, The Total Area Of Which Is Approximately 1300 Sq.M. Implementation Time: The Activity Under Item 3.1. To Be Performed Outside The Employers Working Hours. 4. The Scope Of The Periodic Cleaning Service Provided Once Every Six Months Includes The Following Activity: 4.1. Basic Mechanical Cleaning Of Floors And Washing Of Upholstered Furniture, The Total Area Of Which Is Approximately 3000 Sq.M. The Specific Activity Should Be Performed Outside Of The Employers Working Hours. 5. Extraordinary Cleaning, Including: 5.1. Cleaning The Halls In The Building Before And After Holding Events In Them; 5.2. Cleaning Up Unforeseen Dirt; 5.3. Cleaning After Minor Ongoing Repair Work Within The Scope Of Normal Operational Contamination.
