Activity Exercising Authors Supervision During Construction: In Connection With The Exact Compliance Of The Investment Project During The Execution Of The Smr, The Contractor, Through Separate Legal Persons, Authors Of The Applicable Project Documentation In Parts, Should Carry Out Authors Supervision In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 162 Of The Zut And The Performance Contract.
