Spare Parts For Water Meters Are Described In The Technical Specification Of The Participation Documentation. The Order Will Be Executed Through Periodic Deliveries In Quantities Determined By The Contracting Authority Upon Prior Written Requests, In Accordance With The Needs Of Vik Ood, Montana. For Each Delivery, On The Day Of Delivery, A Two-Sided Handover Protocol Is Drawn Up And Signed, And An Invoice For The Delivered Quantity Is Presented. Delivered Products Must Be New, Unused, In The Manufacturers Original Packaging. All Documents Related To The Proposal Must Be In Bulgarian Or Translated Into Bulgarian. If Documents, References Or Certificates In A Foreign Language Are Included In The Proposal, They Must Be Accompanied By An Official Translation Into Bulgarian. The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Is Indicative For The Duration Of The Contract And Does Not Bind The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Cannot Commit To The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification/Price Proposal Goods, Due To The Emergency Nature Of Its Activity. The Purchased Quantities Will Depend On The Production Needs And Capabilities Of The Employer.
