Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Plane Tickets In The Country And Abroad For The Needs Of The Diplomatic Institute Under The Minister Of Foreign Affairs

The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Secure The Needs Of The Diplomatic Institute Under The Minister Of Foreign Affairs Of Plane Tickets For The Air Transport Of Passengers And Luggage For Trips In The Country And Abroad For A Period Of 24 Months. The Public Order Is Aimed At Providing (Negotiation, Reservation And Purchase) Air Tickets For Transportation On Regular Air Routes, As Well As Providing Additional Accompanying Logistics Activities If Necessary. Air Tickets Will Be Purchased In All Economy Class Categories. The Contracting Party Declares The Plane Tickets Depending On Its Actual Needs And Within The Estimated Value Of The Order (Maximum Cost Limit Under The Contract). The Contractor Must Provide Air Tickets On Scheduled Airlines - Economy Class. Pursuant To Item 9 Of § 1. Of Additional Provisions Of Ordinance No. 38 Of October 31, 2003 On The General Rules For The Introduction And Use Of Computerized Reservation Systems, A Regular Airline Is A Series Of Flights, Each Of Which Has The Following Characteristics: - Is Carried Out With An Aircraft That Carries Passengers, Cargo And/Or Mail For A Fee, And A Passenger Can Freely Purchase A Ticket For Each Flight From The Air Carrier Or From Its Authorized Representative; -Serves Transport Between Two Or More Airports Either In Accordance With A Published Timetable Or By Flights Which Are Of Such Frequency As To Constitute An Identifiable Systematic Series.
