When Executing The Order, The Following Activities Must Be Performed: For Separate Position #1 - Purchase Of A License And Update /If Necessary/ Of An Information System For Publications Under The Law On Public Procurement, The Financial Management And Control System And Other Modules Part Of The Proc Center 4.0 Program Product For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Varna, For An Unlimited Number Of Jobs At The Contracting Authority. For Separate Position #2 – Purchase Of A License And Update /If Necessary/ Of A Web-Based Client/Server Application For Registration And Document Processing, According To The Ordinance On The Conditions And Procedure For Mining The Elements Of The Technical Infrastructure Of The Municipality Of Varna And Their Storage In A Single Database For All Areas, For An Unlimited Number Of Jobs At The Contracting Authority. The Performance Of The Activities, The Subject Of The Order, Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Specified In The Technical Specifications For Separate Items No. 1 And 2.
