The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Preparation Of An Engineering-Geological And Hydrogeological Study, And Preparation Of A Technical Project For The Strengthening Of A Landslide #Pvn24.56722.14 And For The Restoration Of The Lane Leading To The Late-Antique Fortress Storgozia In The Protected Area Kaylaka. 1.1. The Object Of The Order: Service 1. Separate Items - The Order Is Not Divided Into Separate Items. The Current Procedure Does Not Provide For The Creation Of Separate Positions, As This Will Lead To A Delay In The Activities Of Preparing The Necessary Projects. Also, The Carrying Out Of The Exploratory Activities In Relation To The Landslide And The Design Works Are Closely Related And It Is Expedient To Be Carried Out By The Same Person. 1.2. Brief Description Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement: • The Purpose Of The Project Development Is To Strengthen The Landslide #Pvn24.56722.14 And Restore The Affected Part Of The Alley (Pi 56722.618.16) Leading To An Immovable Cultural Value - The Late Antique Fortress Storgozia, In Order To Restore Access To Citizens. • The Project Should Be Developed According To The Requirements Of The Current Regulations, Under The Condition Of Maximum Adherence To The Existing Situation (Dimensions And Levels). • The Project Should Provide A Permanent Solution For The Capture, Drainage And Control Of Surface And Infiltration Waters In The Area Of The Landslide. • Project Decisions Should Be Taken Into Account With The Status Of The Territory As A Protected Area Kailaka, As Well As With The Presence Of An Immovable Cultural Value - The Late Antique Fortress Storgozia. • The Contractor Is Responsible For The Completeness And Applicability Of The Design Solution.
