Technical Assistance Service For The Municipal Quality Seal Of Local Trade.The Object Of The Contract Is The Service Is The Provision Of The Specialized Technical Assistance Service For The Design, Methodological Development, Graphic Definition, Pilot Implementation And Support For The Initial Dissemination Of The Municipal Seal Of Quality Of Local Trade Of Santa Perpètua De Mogoda, In The Framework Of The Quality Project And Reactivation Of Urban Trade And Of The Resource Support For Urban Trade Of The 2024-2027 Catalog Of Services The Provincial Council Of Barcelona. Specifically, The Contract Includes:• The Conceptual Design Of The Seal And The Definition Of Its Strategic Objectives, Areas Of Evaluation And Value Proposition;• The Definition Of The Objective Evaluation Criteria, Of The Verifiable Indicators And Of The Scoring And Accreditation System;• The Preparation Of The Complete Operating Manual Of The Seal (Criteria, Indicators, Adhesion Process, Concession, Renewal, Monitoring And Withdrawal);• The Design Of The Technical Evaluation Tools (Grids, Checklists, Diagnosis Sheets, Self-Assessment Instruments And Report Templates);• The Graphic Design Of The Quality Seal, Including The Logo, The Visual Identity, The Physical And Digital Applications And The Basic Brand Use Manual;• The Production And Supply Of The Physical And Digital Materials Necessary For The Implementation And Initial Dissemination Of The Seal, Including: - Printing Of 100 Identification Vinyl Stickers For Accredited Establishments - Printing Of 200 Informational Flyers - Printing Of 100 Promotional A3 Posters - Production Of A Promotional Video Of Approximately 30 Seconds Adapted To Social Networks And Municipal Digital Channels - Design Of Complementary Digital Materials For Institutional Diffusion;• The Implementation Of A Pilot Test With A Minimum Of 10 Commercial Establishments In The Municipality, Which Allows The Methodology To Be Validated In Real Conditions;• And The Writing Of A Final Report Of Results, Methodological Adjustments And Proposal For The Future Deployment Of The Seal At The Municipal Scale.
