The Work Mainly Consists Of: Drawing Up And Maintaining A List Of Management Data For The Traffic Control Installations; Attending A Monthly Progress Meeting; Preparing Monthly Overviews; Setting Up And Maintaining A 24-Hour Breakdown Service; Repairing Faults In Traffic Control Systems (Outside Installation); Carrying Out Preventive Maintenance On The Traffic Control Systems (Outdoor Installation); Carrying Out Corrective Maintenance On The Traffic Control Systems (Outdoor Installation); Administrative Reporting/Handling Of Damage To Traffic Control Installations (Outdoor Installation); Repairing Damage To Traffic Control Installations (Outdoor Installation); Coordination Activities With Third Parties. The Work Forms A Technical And Economic Whole, Lies Within The Municipality Of Veldhoven And Falls Under Its Sole Responsibility. This Assignment Will Therefore Not Be Merged. Various Companies In The Civil Engineering Sector Have All The Disciplines In-House To Carry Out The Various Parts Of The Work. The Size Of The Assignment, Both Financially And Technically, Is Such That The Entire Work Is Also Easily Feasible For An Sme Company. For This Reason It Is Not Necessary To Divide The Work Into Lots. The Agreement Is Entered Into For A Period Of At Least Two Years And A Maximum Of Four Years. The Effective Date Of The Agreement Is September 1, 2026.
