The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Service Of Group Life Insurance For Employees And Family Members Of Employees Of The Medical University Of Warsaw. Silesian Piasts In Wrocław. 2. The Ordering Party Does Not Guarantee That All Employees And Family Members Of The Ordering Partys Employees Will Subscribe To Group Life Insurance. Changes May Occur In The Number Of Insured Persons During The Insurance Period. If An Employee Or An Employees Family Member Resigns From Insurance, The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Pay The Insurance Premium For Them. 3.
