The Number Of Candidates Admitted To Compete Is Set At 3. The Selection Criteria Are Described In Article 11 Of The Competition Regulations. The Contracting Authority Initiates Negotiations With The Winner(S) It Designates. The Negotiation Concerns The Characteristics, The Conditions Of Execution Of The Contract, The Proposal Of Fees As Well As The Taking Into Account By The Winner(S) Of The Possible Observations Of The Jury On Their Project. After Negotiation, The Public Project Management Contract Will Be Awarded By The Contracting Authority And A Notice Of Award Of The Project Management Contract Will Be Published. Candidates Remain Committed To Their Offer For A Period Of One Hundred And Eighty (180) Days From The Deadline For Submission Of The Final Offer. The Project Owner Will Organize A Meeting And A Site Visit With The Competition Participants In Order To Answer All The Questions Asked. The Date Of This Meeting Will Be Specified To Participants Admitted To Compete.
