The Aforementioned Together Will Be Referred To By The Definition (Procurement Unit Or Gasgrid) In The Future. The Subject Of This Acquisition Are The Soil Studies (Services) Produced For Gasgrid. In This Procurement, The Procurement Unit Is Looking For Five (5) Framework Contract Suppliers To Be Responsible For The Production Of Soil Surveys, E.G.: - On Pipeline Routes - In Different Types Of Underpasses (Railways, Highways, Roads, Etc.) - In Different Types Of Underpasses (Lakes, Rivers, Riverbeds, Etc.), Including Offshore Type Surveys Of Rivers - In Different Types Of Stations (Valve Stations, Compressor Stations, Pressure Reduction And Measurement Stations Etc.) - Soil Sampling And Analysis Services - Analysis And Documentation Of The Results The Scope Of The Service Is Described In More Detail In The Procurement Documentation And Will Be Specified As The Procurement Procedure Progresses. The Framework Agreements Are Scheduled To Enter Into Force ~Q4/2026, And The Planned Validity Of The Agreements Is 3+2+2 Years. The Procurement Unit Reserves The Right To Carry Out The Mini-Competition For The First Assignment At The Same Time As The Procurement Procedure For The Framework Contract. The Agreement Does Not Contain A Quantity Purchase Obligation And Does Not Give The Selected Suppliers The Exclusive Right To Soil Surveys According To The Procurement Description Of The Procurement Unit. This Procurement Is Subject To The Procurement Act For Special Sectors, I.E. The Act On Procurement And Concession Agreements For Units Operating In The Water And Energy Supply, Transport And Postal Services Sectors (1398/2016).
